Saint Charbel Executive Village Homeowners Association is located at Mindanao Avenue, Tandang Sora, Quezon City 1116. It is a residential home for 250 families. It is an exclusive and prime subdivision with existing clubhouse facilities, nice neighborhood near schools, malls, hospitals. It is a gated community with 24 hour security guards on duty and CCTV protected. The village is located in a very accessible place just 5 mins. from Trinoma and SM City.  It is a flood free community.

In 1994, St. Charbel Executive Village Homeowners Association was formed. With the dedicated effort of Mrs. Evelyn Roble and Mr. Elmer the Association was formed. The first set of officers were formed through nomination. The initial monthly dues by then was 500/monthly. The collection of monthly dues was done through house to house collection by Mrs. Evelyn Roble who then was the Treasurer at that time.
